Producer Appointment Changes
To submit producer appointment changes, please use the MEMIC-Producer Change Form.

EFT For Commissions
Please complete the EFT Form if you would like your agency to receive monthly commissions payments through EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer).

Forms received after the 23rd of the month will have their EFT applied the following month.

NOTE: Commission statements for policies outside of the state of Maine will continue to be mailed. We are working towards moving these to our QuickComp portal in a future release.
