Matt Coy joined The MEMIC Group in 2026 as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer (CIO), where he leads the company’s technology strategy, oversees platform enhancements, and drives innovative IT solutions that support MEMIC’s business goals.

With more than 25 years of experience in insurance and healthcare technology, Matt previously served as CIO at Montana State Fund and held senior leadership roles, including Vice President of Information Technology at MEMIC, Director of Application Development at Aetna, and key positions at Optum and Coventry Health Care.

Matt holds an MBA from Westminster University and dual bachelor’s degrees in accounting and information systems & technology from Weber State University. He also earned the Workers' Compensation Professional (WCP®) designation and is a certified Project Management envelope Professional (PMP®).
