Rosanne Wess
Safety Management Consultant, CSP, CHST, WCP®
“It is so imperative that employers are able to recruit and retain their workforce, now more than ever before. For me, that boils down to two things: keeping your existing employees happy and healthy, and differentiating yourself enough to attract new, prospective employees. One way we can do that is by creating a safe work environment that
allows people to thrive, not just survive. Together, we can work to strengthen the workplace safety culture with our policyholders and create a healthy, more productive environment people are proud to be part of.”
Rose comes to MEMIC with over a decade of occupational safety and health experience, with specialized skill in the construction, manufacturing, and healthcare industries, including as consultant to one of the largest construction general contractors on the East Coast, focusing on marine construction and infrastructure.
