Jon has over a decade of experience optimizing operations in the manufacturing sector. Prior to joining MEMIC, Jon was an Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager and Mechanical Engineer.

Jon has a proven track record of enhancing workplace safety, streamlining processes, and ensuring compliance with stringent industry regulations. He has spearheaded comprehensive EHS programs, led ISO 14001 implementation, and optimized operations through detailed time studies and process improvements.

Jon's expertise includes lean manufacturing, OSHA compliance and creating robust safety programs, supported by certificates in OSHA 30-Hour General Industry and Lean Manufacturing Green Belt. He also earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology.
