Responsibilities
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for entering injury reports into the claim computer system and answering calls for the injury report customer service line. The customer service representative assists with responding to customer inquiries for the Claim Department as well as entering and managing claim data and information including payment processing. The CSR may also assist with processing mail when needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail a must.
- Speed and accuracy in typing a must.
- Strong verbal and written communication a must.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks a must.
- Bilingual in Spanish/English is preferred.
