MEMIC Promotes Micho Ahern to Director of Claim Support and Analysis
(Portland, Maine) – Micho Ahern has been promoted to Director of Claim Support and Analysis for the MEMIC Group, a super-regional workers’ compensation insurance company with service teams from Maine to Florida.
In her new role, Micho will oversee all key aspects of the Claim Department. She will manage the customer support and business analysis teams, oversee internal and external claim support, data analysis, and business analysis functions.

"Her experience managing claim operations while driving innovation and efficiency has prepared her for the position and I look forward to her continued growth and leadership in this new role."
Since joining MEMIC in 2018 as Manager of Claim Operations, Micho has continually embraced additional leadership responsibilities. She has earned her Workers' Compensation Professional (WCP) designation and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Saint Michael’s College in Colchester, Vermont.

"I am passionate about Claim Operations, supporting our internal and external customers, and working to make Worker’s Comp work better. I look forward to further contributing to our department goals and company initiatives."
Micho resides in New Hampshire and enjoys activities such as running, yoga, hiking, and skiing. She is also the proud parent of two children.
