(PORTLAND, Maine) -- The MEMIC Group has hired Curtis White as Senior Production Underwriter, responsible for renewals and new business in Pennsylvania.

White’s career in the workers’ compensation industry spans 14 years, after spending eight years in the banking industry.

White said he enjoys developing strong agency relationships and the ability to underwrite opportunities provided by his agent partners. Based in Lancaster, Pa., he will focus on building a robust agency footprint in central and western Pennsylvania, partnering with agents to help grow revenue and providing an exceptional service experience to the agent and to our mutual customers.

White and his wife, Rachel, live in Lancaster with their two daughters and enjoy travel, bicycling, playing at the park, and walking their yellow Lab, Winston.
