Portland, ME – The MEMIC Group, the third-largest multi-state workers’ compensation specialist in the United States, welcomes Nitin Raghuvanshi as Director of Software Engineering to its IT team and Jessica Miller as a Senior Production Underwriter to its Southeast Region underwriting team. Both bring more than a decade of experience in their respective fields.

Nitin Raghuvanshi Strengthens MEMIC’s Technology Capabilities

Raghuvanshi has more than 20 years of experience driving largescale digital transformation initiatives within the insurance industry. He previously served as Senior Engineering Manager for Customer Engagement and Retention Platforms at Gartner. Prior to that, he held several senior roles at AXA XL and XL Catlin, including Delivery Lead, Application Development Manager, and Technical Lead.

Raghuvanshi holds a Master of Science in Information Technology and a Bachelor of Commerce. His professional certifications include Digital Transformation from MIT Professional Education, Databricks Fundamentals Accreditation, and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).

Jessica Miller Fuels Growth and Underwriting Excellence in the Southeast

Miller has more than 13 years of experience in commercial insurance underwriting and business development. Before joining MEMIC, Miller spent eight years as a Business Development Underwriter with ICW Group. She previously served as a Commercial Lines Underwriter with Auto-Owners Insurance.
